Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Naira Elite Funded ("NEF", "we", "us") website and evaluation programs. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you accept them.

1. Nature of our service

NEF is a proprietary trading evaluation company. We are not a broker, bank, investment adviser, portfolio manager or deposit-taking institution. We do not accept trading deposits, do not execute client orders on your behalf as an agent, and do not provide investment advice. Fees paid to us are service fees for access to an evaluation or funded simulated account — not investments and not deposits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. One person may hold one profile; duplicate profiles may be closed.

3. Fees and payment

Plan fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira and payable once per account through Flutterwave. An account is issued only after we verify the payment server-side with Flutterwave. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

4. Trading rules

Your account is governed by the rules published on the plan you purchased, together with our rulebook. Breaching a drawdown limit or engaging in a prohibited practice ends the account without refund. Rules for an account you already purchased are not changed retroactively.

5. Payouts

Payouts are discretionary rewards for meeting the published rules, not a debt owed to you and not a guaranteed income. Every request undergoes manual compliance review. We may reject a request, and fail the associated account, where a rule breach or fraudulent activity is identified.

6. Simulated environment

Where no live trading provider is connected, accounts operate in a clearly labelled DEMO / DEVELOPMENT environment. Simulated activity does not represent live market execution and no real funds are traded.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, or submission of falsified documents.
• Account sharing, group trading, or trading another person's account.
• Exploiting platform errors, stale quotes, latency, or provider outages.
• Attempting to interfere with our systems, security controls or payment flows.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a profile or account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. Fees are not refunded on termination for breach.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the account in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from market conditions, provider outages, or your own trading decisions.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and take effect for purchases made after publication.
