Data we collect

• Profile data: name, email, phone number, country and referral code.
• Order and payment data: plan purchased, amount in Naira, Flutterwave transaction reference and payment status. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Account data: trading account metrics such as balance, equity, profit and drawdown.
• Payout data: bank name, account number and account name you submit with a payout request.
• Support data: messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

• To create and operate your profile, orders and trading accounts.
• To verify payments and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
• To review and process payout requests and referral commissions.
• To send transactional email and in-app notifications about your account.
• To meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and securing the platform.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform: our payment processor (Flutterwave), our cloud database, authentication and email infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

Security

Access to your data is restricted with row-level database policies so you can only read your own records. Passwords are handled by our managed authentication provider and never stored in plain text. Administrative actions are logged.

Retention

We keep order, payment and payout records for as long as required by Nigerian financial and tax record-keeping rules. Other data is kept while your profile is active.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to marketing at any time. Contact us through the contact form to exercise these rights. Deletion requests are subject to our legal retention obligations.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
